I understand this may cause some frustration or confusion, especially if you’re a returning customer, and accustomed to getting your rewritten articles back within a usual time-frame. We’re currently experiencing very heavy demand for our services. While this is great on one hand, I won’t lie–it’s been difficult for our staff to keep up. The simple fact is that writing, and writing well, takes time. Although we’ve always trumpeted the speed of our service, it’s really the quality of our work that has continued to grow SpunWrite over the past year. We’ve recently posted notification that it may take up to 72 hours to process your order, give or take a few hours, dependent upon the time and quantity of your order.
